In my workflow I usually have to work on multiple projects or systems at a time (it's actually overwork tbh) and organizing projects by workspace was helpful, because eventually I'll reach a stopping point usually when something is installing or blockcommiting and then I can move to something else.
I have to use workspaces a little less due to how much I utilize tmux and because I now have more screen real estate but that wasn't always the case.
