Not finding a note is a nostr wide challenge, not a primal thing.
I challenged nostr galaxy devs fiatjaf (npub180c…h6w6) PABLOF7z (npub1l2v…ajft) recently to measure and attribute an increase in number of notes found pre and post outbox implementation.
The answer I received was there is no interest to do this and/or it’s difficult to measure this.
