"content": "well, looking at my personal experience, I've used systemd-boot for almost 4 years years and have been using UKIs for almost a month now and have had no issues there, meanwhile GRUB has died on me on several occasions\r\n\r\nalso, regardless of whether grub or the initramfs breaks, you still need a live system to boot into, and Idk what it's like for any other distros or OSes, but on Arch it's actually about as much work to fix the bootloader or fix the initramfs image from a boot disk (for systemd-boot you just run bootctl, for UKIs and regular initramfs images you run mkinitcpio)",
