Some of the shine has come off the UK's #universities as an 'export' business. They're not delivering such a great service to non-EU students.
Non-EU foreign students are more likely to get lower class degrees than home/EU #students.
Interestedly in many cases EU students seem less likely to get lower class degrees than UK-domestic students... (which was certainly my experience of EU students when I was still a working academic).
(yes, I know calling universities a business is unpopular)
