I was really stressed about that test. I dislike the idea that anyone should have to do a fucking 5-hour test to ascertain if they can do a job.
Surely you can shorten it. You’re not NASA. It’s not rocket science. And it’s a great way to turn candidates off who are look g for life-balance red flags.
