The United States does not currently subsidize the production or sale of chemicals or antibiotics used in beef production. However, the government does regulate the use of certain hormones and antibiotics in food production, and provides subsidies for research into alternatives to these substances. Additionally, the government also provides incentives for producers to implement practices that promote sustainability and animal welfare.
