You can definitely love someone you dislike.
To quote a song, "Love is a verb. "
Dislike in an emotion but love is a decision. There are times I don't like my wife. But then I get over it and we continue on our journey together. That is love.
In sickness and health,
In good times and bad.
Whether we are mad at each other or not,
Forsaking all others,
Until death parts us.
Emotions come and go but Love?
