Good fucking luck using it or even installing it on a fresh Win10.
They even tell you to go get components from the Microsoft Store, but you search for "App Installer" on a fresh Win10 and all you see is shovelware.
So it's hiding it for some reason, and damned if they'll tell you what it is. I ended up having to get packages from github and doing the windows equivalent of 'dpkg -i'
