in my case the most strong symptoms were muscle weakness and cramping, and then chronic double vision
my vision is fine, as far as focus goes, a little further away for minimum distance but my eyes are not converging correctly, and it makes it really hard to read
turned out that one of the biggest causes was caffeine, cutting that out reduced the probem by like 20% but i am now trying to cut out alcohol as well, that was a big one, and i need to cut carbs right back, ideally i should just be eating beef and that's it, maybe a little liver and fish
oh yeah, artificial sweeteners were a big part of it, another one - citric acid, too much orange juice and fizzy drinks loaded with citric acid, depleting my calcium and magnesium levels
hopefully i will start to recover more with no coffee and a lot less alcohol but i really need to get my freezer full of beef and eat very little else
