Be chill about it. You don't always know why someone copies you. Maybe it's not envy but idolization or, in a case that I have personal experience with, they're trying to figure out their queerness but don't know how to talk about it. Social awkwardness is real and the impacts can be quite unintuitive to someone who isn't. Also be flattered if it's envy, you're doing something right 😉
