I can’t wear my old night splint at the moment, but I used to wear it for spells during the day for stressful times, and the relief it brought my TMJ was immense! So much clenching that I didn’t realise I was doing. I’ve hurt my unguarded upper teeth to agony at the moment without the splint… but dentist on the 13th.
Really hope you get relief from those ulcers soon, and everything settles down. 💜
