Workers, especially poor underpaid workers who don't have many work opportunities, can't just up and leave their crummy jobs as if doing so would fix anything about the inherently oppressive and exploitative nature of work under capitalism. Instead of attempting to run from their problems, workers should instead unionize their workplaces and change the nature of their work environment.
