I am no expert in your areas. However, being in the same boat, I look to countries and areas where BTC adoption is greatest. Africa, India, Asia and of course El Salvador. Learning what projects are leading the adoption. eg: Telecom companies like World Mobile. Its basic infrastructure now. If the economies they support grow, so will their infrastructure needs. Jobs that could well be paid in BTC. If the jobs you need are not there, are your skills transferable to the industries that are employing?
Alternatively a much more basic and homegrown approach, is do your daily weeky shops with Lightning. Encourage the businesses to download a Lightning Wallet, show them how easy it is to take a payment. Its cash off the books. More importantly it is money that is beating the cost of inflation. All profit no pain.
It starts with one. Barbers are a good start - they have time for a chat 🙃 Just build from there. Ben at BTCsessions (npub1rxy…hnp8), has a great playlist around this.
