The four Israeli hostages freed today will have to live with the fact that tens to hundreds of civilians - many of them children - were slaughtered in the operation that freed them.
And this was after their government backed out of a cease-fire agreement that would have had them come home peacefully.
That's a lot of weight to carry for people who have already been traumatized.
