I'm convinced that a huge chunk of the problems I had learning in school when I was younger had to do with being hungry and having to sit around for eight hours straight starting at 7am when the first class started. This sounds obvious as I type it because as an adult I eat and exercise at will to my enormous benefit and to the benefit of my employer but somehow kids are not allowed to do this at all. It's crazy.
