Made my first organized outing to shoot the Milky Way since 2020 last night. I've taken Milky Way photos since 2020, but usually later at night.
Last night was different in that I was setup at sunset and saw how bad the Starlink situation has become. At one point I counted around 8 satellites in my field of view until a Starlink train entered the chat. I was shooting some test photos and didn't pan or adjust settings, so it came out as a smudge of light at the edge of the frame.
