Being punished with a #MECFS flare up because I decided to go enjoy myself at a family BBQ last night is just… so rude.
Rest, self compassion, staying cool and hydrated… that’s about all I can really do when this happens.
Not looking for sympathies or anything, just venting my frustration about a health issue so few truly understand that has profound impacts on people’s lives.
