tried onboarding and purple pilling three separate friends to nostr via
primal (npub12vk…pugg) on three separate occasions and all three received the same message about being unable to activate their wallet:
> “Our apologies, we are not able to activate your Primal Wallet based on the information you provided. If you entered some of this information incorrectly, please feel free to try again. Please make sure you use your full name (e. g. "Joseph" instead of "Joe"). If the information you provided is correct, please reply to this email to let us know and we will work on resolving the issue and activating your wallet.”
…with all three not wanting to send a follow up email to have to prove identity gave up and turned it away
I remember the onboarding process being much more frictionless a year ago. any solutions for the noobies getting [quick and easy custodial] lightning wallets with nostr set up?
