Well, it all comes down to jurisdiction. We keep fighting the establishment, wanting our freedoms back when we never actually lost them. If you ask for your property back, you have assumed it was yours in the first place. But why not turn those beliefs on its head? What if you never actually owned your property; therefore, your speech? What if the Establishment/ State/ King owned the property in their jurisdiction? Wouldn't that change the way you think?
Well, the proof is staring at you. Those who create laws and rules on property must be property owners. You see, the state is made up of people, just like you and I, and if any of those people claim to own your property, they are liable to pay tax in their jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to inform them of that, or else they will make presumptions and assumptions that you owe them tax and obey their laws. You see, fighting the system asking for the return of property is wrong thing in this jurisdiction of legislative law. Don't fight for ownership, return it to them. Give up all ownership of property, that way, they have no hold over you and your speech. You do this by releasing your interest in property and issuing directives to the court's. Or, give back all usufruct interests, usufructuary duties and reversionary interests.
