I want to say it was around 2009 for me. I saw a Reader’s Digest cover that said “Eat This and Lose Weight?” with a picture of bacon and eggs. I thought, hells yes I’d like to eat that and lose weight!
It was an interview with Gary Taubes about his recent book “Good Calories, Bad Calories”. I read the book, went keto and lost 30lbs.
