#Minnesota OK so I called the voting registrars office for my county and learned that MN voters have to opt in each time if they want to receive ballot packets in the mail.
The law JUST changed allowing people to re-register to vote and took a box opting into permanent voter registration packets that will be mailed 46 days prior to each election.

I was told, “it’s up to voters to stay on top of current events, if they choose to.” which makes me think I was talking to GOP.
