Another stupid outbox question: I have a couple paid relays set as my outbox relays because I can write to them and anyone can read from them.

I only have public relays as my inbox relays because I know anyone can write to them.

Do paid relays accept replies to subscriber notes from people who haven't paid for the relay?

I.e. if you use a paid relay for your inbox do you get replies from everyone or only people who are members of the same relay?
