I've been thinking a lot about trust. I was of the "hard earned, easily squandered" opinion. It occurs to me though that trust is more about expectations and how quickly you can adapt to changes in what you thought were "the rules".
Disruption is almost synonymous with not adapting quickly enough in this context.
The bigger question is "Are the new rules morally justifiable in maintaining your trust?" Can you see the fairness, the necessity for the change to occur and can you cope with it?
