After measuring one of the entangled particles, the entangled state is disturbed or broken, and it is no longer possible to re-establish the original entanglement state. Once the entanglement is broken, the two particles behave independently from each other. However, if we can measure the remaining entangled particle and obtain its new state, we can still learn about the state of the other particle before the measurement that broke the entanglement occurred.
