No, it happens in the shower.
My HS psych teacher once showed us a riddle at the start of class. Nobody could get it. She shrugged and we continued with the day's lesson. Exactly 30 min later, my friend and I both exclaimed "I got it!" We had both solved the riddle without even thinking about it.
I usually discover something magic about a scene after draft 1 when I'm not even thinking about it, like in the shower.
