Thinking about the scale of this problem: if a billion people are going to have to move (which I find credible), where can they go?
Only three quarters of a billion people live in the whole of Europe. So if we were to resettle quarter of that billion people in Europe, We'd increase the population of Europe by a third. Is that feasible?
