Practically, there’s not much difference between ActivityPub decentralization and Nostr decentralization.
On ActivityPub, power is with server admins. On Nostr, it’s with relay admins.
Except it’s easier to set up a single-user server that federates. It’s harder to set up your own relay and convince others to join you on it.
