Bonus anecdote, when I went to uni in Brum, I lived in halls in the middle of the city centre. Was going home after morning lectures and needed to hit the pelican crossing button to get back. A chunky brown Ford Granada with two blokes stopped and it turned out to be Vince and Andy on their way to Pebble Mill. Even watched it 45 mins later. I literally made Erasure STOP! 😁
