Well, with ciggys I got a chest cold and quit smoking to get over that faster. After a week I hadn’t smoked and decided “fuck it I’m done.” That was 14 years ago and haven’t had a smog since.
With weed I was actually allergic and so when I’d smoke it would cause me discomfort (swollen throat). And so one day I just decided I was also done with it. That was 2 years ago and haven’t smoked since.
I’m not sure I ever wouldn’t quit weed if I wasn’t allergic. I was functional af high and it gave me good energy, creative and physical. But since I’ve been a cultivator for so long I developed an allergy and decided to do the right thing for myself and walk away.
