Yeah, I’ve done double red-eye’s before, but always with a layover. This double sunrise was without landing.
I once did Montevideo->Miami->New York->London->Johannesburg. And another time Montevideo->Miami->Chicago->Delhi->Bangalore. I now use sites like airwander to book flights with long enough layovers to go to a hotel near the airport and get a good night’s sleep in transit.
