well I'm not sticking around trying to change their minds here, I'm only trying to convince the pro cs people present in that server to consider their positions with staying on that server and in fact help them educate about the misconceptions that they have around pro cs which leads them to stay on that server
I believe they should be allowed to have their anti cs positions the way they like it but they should not try to indoctrinate more pro cs MAPs into being anti cs as we should be helping pro cs people and also anti cs people have a mutual respect amongst each other instead of fighting each other as in the long term antis hate both sides regardless of how much concessions they try to make
Anti cs have legitimate reasonings as to why they hate pro cs as in terms of ethical perspectives as pro cs MAPs let's be honest some MAPs here lean towards far right or center right ideas which I do see an issue in this server too as they push for harmful adult practices like sex work, underage pregnancy and many other practices which lets be honest even if we do abolish the AoC it would still lead to abuse among people
I believe there should be proper discussions between pro cs and anti cs on their stances from an ethical perspective as the idea of ethical pedophilia should be considered more as adult culture is leading way too many risks for underage youths to have a positive life experience which adults themselves are failing with and don't seem to fix their current issues
It's the same reason why many adults are hesitant to seek underage relationships as they fear the same problems that adults face would be faced by underage youths too something that I believe pro cs MAPs should look to provide solutions for in the long term and introduce better laws which replace the AoC and prevents abuse overall
