eBay can’t have been doing anything good with ELEVEN THOUSAND employees (whom they just decimated). My theory is that all these impossibly over-resourced dotcoms are actually swelling their ranks with Black Project workers on behalf of The Gummint.
When you hear of a thousands-of-workers layoff? That was a secret asteroid base losing pressure, or some other did-not-happen-move-along disaster (eg James Bond totals another volcano lair).
