In the end, Spurs were lucky. Not just because their goal was scored by a player who should have been off the pitch, but because we outplayed them: possession 60–40, shots 14–9, on target 7–4, xG 1.13–0.89.
In other words, even a poor performance from #LFC was worth at least a draw, maybe a narrow win.
A bigger concern is that some of the players look tired. This would have been the game to play a shadow XI, like Jurgen always did.
We move on.
