Well, the UK's experience with a community of ultra-rich people has been that other than adding to wealth data, they contribute little worthwhile, whatever their agents/publicists claim, and indeed many would argue they so distort London society as to cause significant social tensions.... the idea their wealth might trickle-down, is exactly that; an idea, with little if any evidence to prove that to be the case... many feel even if they did leave we'd be no worse off!
