Sorry, not possible to "destroy" someone's private key. Individual relay operators can ban their npub or IP address from their relays, but that's about it.
When we say you can't be banned and can say whatever you want on Nostr, we mean it.
Now, you can mute them, and if Primal is not respecting your mute list, you should move to a different client that will.
