I'm currently in a noise war with my upstairs neighbor. The current situation is this:
1) I have the defensive advantage of being one person in possession of earplugs and noise cancelling headphones, against two people who do not have earplugs.
2) She has the offensive advantage of being upstairs.
3) The apartment manager is aware that the noise war has begun.
I'm looking to claim the offensive advantage in a fashion that doesn't pin me as the culprit. Given my capabilities, the annoy-a-tron would be ideal...if it was still being sold.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a similar device? One of you crazy bastards has to have used one of these, and I'm in serious need of it.
