Yesterday, I found this blog post from 2018, explaining the confusion surrounding #RustLang’s `impl Trait` in different positions. IDK how many blog/forum posts I've read about this topic, but this explanation is so crystal clear that several years of accumulated misconceptions just melted away. If you write any sort of documentation, check out the way complexity is acknowledged rather than hidden, and yet the explanation itself is not complex. This is art.
