Got ~ 1 gallon of sap today, boiling in the stock pot on the stove rn. This + yesterdays harvest should boil down to ~ 5 oz of syrup when all is said and done. Think I’ll wait till tomorrow to try to finish some so I can fill an 8oz bottle
