I fucking love non-native English speakers because sometimes they will make up the most Not Normal English words and phrases but they make perfect sense and I'm like "why isn't this Normal English™? there is no reason this shouldn't be Normal English™."
my personal favorite is "do the needful," i.e. "do what's necessary," which I see a ton from Chinese speakers, but an awesome one I just got in an email is "identificate" i.e. "identify" (which I'm like 95% sure is Spanglish) and I love it
