I see everybody pointing out that “69k is not the all time high when adjusted for inflation, it’s actually ~79k”
Okay, but we also went down to $15k which was lower than the previous all time high of 20k even in NOMINAL terms which has never happened before in a bear cycle.
Adjusted for inflation, that 20k adjusted for inflation was higher than when we bottomed out to 15k. I don’t remember anyone mentioning this at the time.
