What is happening in the kitchen today? I am not doing citrus for a change. I'll try to find time to prep one of the quinces for an Indian quince pickle. Lunch is brown rice and split green mung dal khichdi with green beans and pickles. Dinner is some left-over okra from last night with a potato and fresh fenugreek leaves dish, and a green salad to pack in the nutrients.
