The fall is the busiest time of the year for the team. Some have wives and a baby at home. They will get little if any play time.
It's going to suck for a few months, but by Feb March time frame they will be rewarded.
They have mortgages and car payments and all the other obligations that 20 something year olds get into. So this will help them throttle those obligations next year.
