I enjoy looking at open hardware laptops, and I welcome easily repairable kit, and I recognise that small batches of niche items makes them expensive, but then I see the £1200+ (potentially a lot more) price tag, and the secondhand but perfectly fine machines on eBay for £200 or less and, well, for my needs, those secondhand machines win...
