The CAB's new research on #energypoverty suggests around 5M households are currently behind with the energy bills, with more & more of their clients struggling to pay energy bills (even when they take on additional #debt) to do so.
A growing number of households who come to the CAB for advice are unable to match their incline to their necessary outgoings.
