Sorry to burden everyone but my mother and I need help.
2-3 years ago, I bought a computer that came with #Onedrive (a cloud storage I did NOT ask for).
A year later, my computer starts telling me "my onedrive is at full capacity" and I need to #pay to "upgrade" it. I turned off and LOST EVERYTHING (all my files, all my books). I had to turn it back on, just to use my #PC again.
No my mother is telling me SHE'S getting the same problem on HER #computer.
