My lower back is killin me #today. Stiff n achy n all that not so fun stuff. It's really taking a toll on my Honey-doins. ( The silver lining side 👍😁)
So sitting snuggled up on my comfy couch resting up from stretching n straining it with a bit of heat n salve.
Sounds like a nicer way to spend #myday that heeding Heather's hollerings #today. 👍
Now.. if I can just get somebody to pour me another cup of coffee....🤔😁
