Here I am again, still revolted by that image I was exposed to yesterday. But I think I've found a way forward for myself.
You see, that gore wasn't posted by a fan of gore. It was posted by an outrage merchant. One of the "why isn't everyone talking about this" cohort. The more someone pushes an issue in my face, the less inclined I am to engage with it. Performative outrage is now a blocking offence on this feed.
