I'm sitting here gobsmacked that there is a "fantasy" font category in CSS. Had no idea.
Who's using this: in my experience, it's local restaurants, spiritual healers, small businesses who want a quirky feel, and "design is my passion"-type designers, these being all of the sites I've encountered Papyrus on lately.
My guess as to why: people just think it's fun. The use of "fantasy" (and not "Papyrus") makes me wonder if there's a "fun" setting on whatever web editor they use.
