I get z-index issues quite a lot. It really is one of a kind. A bit too cluttered for my taste but has pretty much everything and what I like the most is that has NIP number titles so it can also be used as visual "what the NIP does" explorer.
The dev is hzrd149 (nprofile…wj75) and his accent doesn't seem to be Russian 😆
