I know I sound like a broken record, but what rolling stock is going to be used on Nancy – Contrexéville, to be renovated and run by this Nova 14 consortium and not SNCF?

OK, they have 3 years to find some trains, but SNCF isn’t going to sell anything secondhand, you need diesel trains for now, and anything from anywhere else in Europe isn't approved for France…
